(1) Pin important OKRs for higher visibility 🌐
Admins can create a custom menu on the platform to highlight OKRs specific to company, team or individual. These OKRs are visible to every user of the company as a new menu inside the OKRs category. To activate this menu, go to OKR controls under settings menu on admin panel.
(2) Easy setup of performance and OKR cycle 🎯
We’ve made it easier for administrators to set up the Performance cycle. You can now configure the cycles using the setup wizard. Define your performance cycle, and then manage the OKR cycle inside it. Once the modifications in the OKR cycle phases have been made, you can activate it as a final step.
(3) Improved filters for reports & analytics
We have added more filters on the Reports & Analytics section. Use this filters to fetch data what you need in real time and download the reports in excel format. We have also added more data points in the adoption report that help you to visualise engagement in your organisation.
